Configuration space, composition, additive resistance, weight depending only on resistance and multiplicativity define a possible weighting model.
With the correct domain, positive weights and non-triviality, a decreasing exponential form follows. A chosen reference measure and finite normalisation then produce a probability measure.
Reaching our universe from that measure still requires a justified physical interpretation, an observer model and distinguishing predictions. K3 and the standard model are not automatic next arrows.
